Doman is the last living son of Darda in the United States, and one of the very few living Amurath Sahib grandsons. Amurath Sahib blood is highly sought after. He was known for his daughters who included Balalajka (dam of Bask++, Bandola, Arfa, and Bachantka; Amnerts (dam of Aramus); Gwadiana (dam of Gwalior); and Estokada (dam of Eter); and his exceptional sons: Arax and Gwarny. Doman carries 100% of Arax blood in his pedigree.
Darda was also the dam of Dar, Druchna, Dardir, and United States national champion mare, Dornaba. Dornaba is the only mare to win the triple crown, United States nationals, Canadian nationals and championship Scottsdale.
*Doman stood at stud in Sweden for seven years before his importation into the United States. He has sired over 50 get in Europe, which are now valuable breeding stock on major farms.
